Yeah, I have a sweet tooth. However, being a fitness freak, I often suggest people not eat sweets at all if they are seeking to lose weight. It’s tough to give up on sweets, particularly those who have a sweet tooth like me.

I am not a big aficionado of all kinds of sweets, but I enjoy every morsel of some Indian sweets. I remember once I did not eat sweets for more than a year despite a sweet lover. Last month I had an excessive craving for some sweets, so I cooked, ordered, and ate all by myself in three to four days. Sometimes my taste hunger spoils my healthy routine. All I want to convey is that it is ok to eat sweets at times, but don’t forget to burn the calories gained. July remained sweet for me, but the next month, I will adhere to my healthy diet. Furthermore, I also suggest everyone follow a healthy diet to have salubrious life.
