Morning Time
I dream almost every night. Sometimes, I remember those dreams, and sometimes I don’t. Some could be happy, while others could be sad. But dreams do not affect my morning time. Usually, I forget them because that was just a dream.
I am not a very early riser but not a late riser too. I try to adhere to one fixed time, but often to maintain an eight-hour sleep, I let myself rest. Once I leave the bed, I endeavor to make my morning hours the most energetic ones. I prepare a cup of green tea and sit in front of my study table. I learn and write some words in a notebook. Following that, I read a few pages of a book for roughly an hour while enjoying my green tea.
The above activities keep my mind engaged, and I stay less distracted throughout the day. This is how I make the best of my morning time, how do you?
