Let it go

Often we argue with people, and in anger, we say things on which we regret later. Does it happen with you?

I have a coworker who criticized me in the past. In the beginning, I used to get agitated and used to get into arguments, and I often said things that I should not have. However, if it happens with you, you should think twice before uttering any word so that it does not offend anyone. Even though that critic tried humiliating me multiple times, but I stopped overreacting and decided to let things go. Sometimes this is the best thing to do.

When I stopped counter-arguments, that person automatically had nothing to say. As a consequence of that, he also started speaking to me politely. Therefore sometimes take a seat back and let things go.
