Don’t break it

It’s effortless to procrastinate, but it is challenging to maintain the discipline.

Everything goes great, but one fine day because of your mood swing, you don’t follow it, you break it, believe me, or not you do it again and then again. It’s natural to have a bad day or tiring one, but it’s also important you make your mind away from those and concentrate on daily disciplinary actions. I am also working on it. Breaking the norm is tempting, but it fills you with guilt. For example, you call your mother every day, and you miss one day. The next day you figure out she was not well on the same day you missed calling her, how bad it could be.
To stay away from such guilt, be consistent, don’t break it.
